On January 18, 2025, Kim Tin Group successfully held the 2024 Year-End Review and 2025 Goal Setting Ceremony while celebrating its 25th anniversary with the participation of over 400 outstanding employees and long-tenured employees who have been with the corporation for over 15 years.

2024 – OVERCOMING CHALLENGES, ACHIEVING GOALS
The year 2024 marked significant challenges for Vietnam's economy, politics, and society. Amid global difficulties stemming from prolonged political conflicts and economic crises, Kim Tin Group made continuous efforts to overcome obstacles, accomplish numerous goals, and achieve remarkable milestones.
On the morning of January 18, 2025, directors of subsidiary companies reported on their activities and achievements in 2024. This annual event was not only an opportunity to reflect on the journey so far but also a chance to evaluate valuable lessons as a foundation for steady progress in 2025. By the end of 2024, Kim Tin Group had achieved 99.3% of its planned targets, reaching 116% of the results from 2023.

Following the reports, the corporation chairman, Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Hải, evaluated the developments of 2024 and outlined the strategic foundation for 2025:
