Amidst the joyful atmosphere of the early days of spring, on the morning of February 3, 2025 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), Kim Tin Group held a warm and festive Spring Opening Ceremony at its offices and factories nationwide. This annual event is an opportunity for the Board of Directors and employees to reunite, exchange meaningful New Year’s wishes, and set the tone for a prosperous, successful, and smooth sailing year ahead.

Recently, Vietnam Report coordinated with VietNamNet Newspaper to announce the top 500 Largest Vietnamese Enterprises called VNR 500 2023 Ranking (VNR500). In particular, Kim Tin Group has climbed 54 spots compared to 2022 and 302 spots compared to 2008.

To improve knowledge and skills for employees in charge of recruitment and administration-human resource managers; create common understanding and uniformity in recruitment; bring a multi-dimensional and in-depth perspective on the challenges of recruitment in the current context, thereby finding effective methods to recruit the right people  for the right position, on October 31 and November 1, Kim Tin organized a short-term training course on CONQUERING RECRUITMENT CHALLENGES with the participation of more than 50 employees (including online and offline) from the Group and member companies.
