THE TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF THE FIRST BLOCK IN THE SALA COMPLEX IN PHU YEN

On the morning of September 27, 2021 Phu Yen Sea Joint Stock Company, a member of Kim Tin Group, carried out the topping out ceremony of the first block (hotel) in the Sala Complex Project at 77 – 79 Nguyen Du Street, Ward 7, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.

In recent years, Phu Yen has begun to gain popularity as a location to draw investment in resort real estate, in addition to well-known tourist destinations like Phu Quoc, Da Nang, and Nha Trang.

The People's Committee of Phu Yen province has given the Sala Complex project at 77-79 Nguyen Du street, Tuy Hoa city, their blessing for investment in September 2020. With a total land area of more than 16,500m2, this is one of Tuy Hoa city's largest complexes of commercial centers, hotels, and 5-star grade apartments, in which there are 5,940 apartments totaling 6,370 m2 of floor space, 4,950 m2 of urban land, and more than 11,500 m2 of commercial and service land (1,523 hotel rooms totaling 118,941 m2). The entire project is divided into 6 blocks: blocks 1, 4, 5, and 6 are hotels, while blocks 2 and 3 are high-end residences.

On the morning of September 27, 2021, Phu Yen Sea Joint Stock Company carried out the topping out ceremony of the first block including 1 basement, 4 floating floors for the base, 12 floating floors for the tower. Completion and operation are anticipated in April 2022.
