Kim Tin Group Joint Stock Company was honored to be on the list of top 100 most sustainable enterprises in Vietnam in 2022 for its outstanding efforts in production and business activities, caring for employees' lives, and being responsible for the environment and society.

Among more than 600 enterprises that entered the preliminary round, Kim Tin was voted in the Top 100 enterprises by the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD), under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) at the forefront of sustainable development. This is one of the most prestigious rankings with strict evaluation criteria. The selected businesses must meet the Sustainable Business Index 2022, which includes 130 indicators reflecting the development level of businesses in the economic, environmental, and social fields.

Recognizing that sustainable development is no longer an "option" but a must for businesses, Kim Tin has shown their steadfastness towards business growth goals that cannot be separated from the sustainable development strategy. Kim Tin has concretized this important strategy with many effective actions.
In terms of management, Kim Tin is operating the SAP/S4HANA overall business management system, contributing to increasing production and business efficiency, improving product quality to optimally serve customer needs. Integrating data from all departments and manufacturing plants into a single system helps to quickly retrieve information, thereby helping the leadership make timely, accurate decisions and reduce costs, minimize risks, save money, and increase competitive advantage.

For activities promoting the circular economy, all factories at Kim Tin are designed and built to meet the highest standards of quality, always complying with the law on environmental protection and effectively apply the environmental management system according to the international standard ISO 14001:2015. Kim Tin implements many synchronous solutions to reuse materials, increase the use of friendly materials, control, treat wastewater and waste, monitor the environment, and invest in economical electricity machinery. From 2021, Kim Tin will invest in a solar battery system to reduce electricity costs and significantly reduce CO2 emissions into the environment. Kim Tin's activities will also play a part in completing the Green Economy development strategy in Vietnam, contributing to bringing net emissions to "zero" by 2050.
