After going live with the SAP S/4HANA system for the Wood Company group, Kim Tin continues to make efforts to put the SAP system into operation for the Trading and Welding Company group before the end of 2022. There is hardly any Digital Transformation Project where everything is perfect right out of the box. As a result, the post-go-live report will provide us with the most thorough understanding of what has been accomplished and the problems that still need to be resolved. However, operating the system is not the end point of this project; it is more important for each individual end-user to consider this an effective tool to use, adjust and operate correctly and efficiently. This is an important goal that the team needs to aim for.

Also, in the report, Kim Tin Group had rewards for recognizing the contributions of all members of the Project Board. And this is also an excellent motivation for the Project Board to keep working hard in phase 2 of the digital transformation roadmap.
