On April 20 and 25, 2023, Kim Tin Group successfully organized the "Company tour" program with the participation of more than 30 employees from member companies. The team had an interesting and experiential tour to the Group's manufacturing factories in Tan Tao, Long An and Binh Phuoc.
Company tour is a practical experience programs to factories periodically organized by Kim Tin Group for new employees and final year college/university students. This is an opportunity for students to have a realistic perspective on the future working environment and help employees better understand the value chain and supply chain of the entire Group.
Kim Tin MDF Dong Phu Factory
On April 20, the team departed from the headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City to visit Kim Tin MDF Dong Phu factory. This is considered one of the largest MDF factories in our country so far with a total area of up to 250,000 m2. In addition, the factory also owns a modern production line among the Top 10 in the world which were imported entirely from Europe with the total annual capacity of 400,000 m3. Certainly, witnessing industrial wood board production stages is an exciting experience which will be helpful for employees in their work.

After having lunch and resting, the team continued to move to Kim Tin Green, MDF Wood factory and Kim Tin Flooring factory where the team could understand more about Kim Tin Group's industrial wood product chain. HDF boards are the main source of raw materials to produce flooring at Kim Tin flooring factory. This is also a step to complete the From Wood to Floor chain, contributing to bringing the best products to customers.

Kim Tin flooring factory has a capacity of 4,000,000m2/year. Currently, the factory is producing Atroguard flooring to serve export needs with an output of 3,000,000m2/year. In addition, the factory also produces two product lines to serve domestic needs: Timbee and GreenWood.
Continued the tour, on April 25, employees learned about the company's diversity of industries through a visit to Long An welding material factory and warehouse system of nPL Logistics Joint Stock Company in Tan Tao.
