On January 22, 2022, Kim Tin Group successfully hosted the 2021 Closing Ceremony and allocated the 2022 plan amid the warm mood of the final days of the New Year of the Ox.

The "storm" known as COVID-19 has brought forth an unparalleled global surge of consequences and challenges. Vietnam is now engaged in efforts to contain and combat the COVID-19 pandemic. The Kim Tin people's spirit of love, compassion, and togetherness is highly encouraged during this trying time as they work to end the pandemic.

The Kim Tin people have experienced many trials and storms together. The most valuable thing for the Kim Tin people is to see one another well and pleased of the accomplishments made in 2021. 

Final Report of 2021 and Target Plan of 2022

We get a summary of each company's operational journey and 2021 results from the report section of the directors of the member companies. From there, each team and person takes a look back at their own accomplishments and ambitions for the future so that we may collaborate with the Group to achieve development objectives in the coming year.

Following the member companies' reports, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kim Tin Group, gave a report on the activities and 2022 goals of the Group:

  • Kim Tin Group completed 98.5% of the planned output and sales at the end of the competitive 2021. The Group's overall revenue totaled 7,700 billion VND. This is a really admirable and satisfying outcome.
  • As the SAP project entered the testing phase to prepare for official operation, Kim Tin Group made efforts to review and agree on a sales plan of 9,600 billion VND in 2022, with the continued maintenance in the domestic market, promoting the export market, developing industrial real estate, a new hotel system, and new products concerning welding materials and wood.
    The Board of Directors' recommendations serve as Kim Tin Group's orientation and guiding principles. We are aware that the Board of Directors cannot grow and develop the Group alone; it requires the cooperation, commitment, and support of the entire team.

Honoring the best employee of the Group 

The Group's 2021 Closing Ceremony and 2022 Plan Assignment will not be complete without honoring and rewarding individuals for their outstanding performance on duties they were given. 

Kim Tin Group would like to honor:

Mr. Pham Viet An of Kim Tin Hung Yen Joint Stock Company received the Golden Hand Award.

Ms. Vo Thi Hoai Nhi of Kim Tin MDF Dong Phu Joint Stock Company won the Kim Tin Group’s Best Employee Award.

Mr. Bui Van Duy of Kim Tin Joint Stock Company won the Kim Tin Group’s Best Salesperson Award.

 Mr. Chu Van Tu of Kim Tin Hung Yen Joint Stock Company received the Kim Tin Group's Best Team Leader Award.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phu of Kim Tin MDF Dong Phu Joint Stock Company received the Kim Tin Group's Best Head of Department Award. 

 Ms. Duong Thi Xuan Lan of Kim Tin Group Joint Stock Company received the Kim Tin Group's Best Manager Award.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc of Kim Tin Hung Yen Joint Stock Company won the Kim Tin Group's Best Director Award.

2022 Plan Assignment

Kim Tin Group needs the support and agreement of all of its member companies in order to go in the appropriate strategic direction. Each company will be guided by its own vision and goals, which will significantly contribute to the Group's success in 2022. The assigned plan from the Group will also be presented to the Directors of member companies and staff during this ceremony. 3,273 personnel are included in the 9,600 billion VND overall plan for 2022.

The 2021 Closing Ceremony and 2022 Plan Assignment were both very successful. The best individuals received recognition. But more than the medal, we have been connected during Tet.
